Tell us about your business.

 

I'm a custom home builder. I usually have one or two custom homes going for customers and a spec home being built.  I also do both Interior and Exterior remodeling including Kitchen, Bathrooms, Roofing, Siding and Room additions.

 

How did your business get started?

 

I have been in the Residential building industry for over 30 years. I started building homes in 1996 for myself to live in and I would sell them about every three years. I started building custom homes for friends and family part time while still working as a Union Painter. Over the years I had worked for  other builders and felt I could provide better quality then what I was seeing. I opened up my Home Construction Business along with my wife Amanda in 2009. Most of my business is received by previous customer referrals.    

 

What sets your business apart? Why do homeowners choose you? 

 

I believe in high quality and attention to detail. My company motto is "Where quality makes the difference". I design my own plans for the spec houses. I work with each customer from the design of their home to turn of the key. Since  I am a small business I am able to be present on the job site and give each customer my full attention in this exciting time in their lives. People tell me they want their home to have the "Noah" design as the others I have built. Not one house I have built is the same as the other they all have their own unique style and character.  

What advice can you give to customers on starting on building of a home?

 

Planning is the key to a successful build. Never overlook the small things as every detail is important.  Choose a Building contractor you feel comfortable with and trust. Since you will be working with that person on one of the most important decisions of your lifetime.
